The Mediator is one of the most mysterious beings that can be found in the world of SongHai. They only appear in situations where there is an irreconcilable conflict among the tribes. People often hear their approach before actually seeing them, as the crisp yet ancient chime emanates, soothing the spirits of all who come in contact. Despite their childlike appearance and voice, the Mediators' ancient gadgets and aged shells reveal a much deeper and older history.
